The Surface Pro 4 seems to work properly for the most part. I have had some issues with the touch screen not working properly at times. I also had an issue with the charger that came with this device. It was a 3rd party charger that seemed to be under powered for the device. If the battery was running down, and I plugged the charger in while trying to use the device, the charger would connect/disconnect constantly. I would have to power the tablet off and wait for it to completely charge before using it again. I went online and purchased a replacement charger elsewhere, and the tablet itself seems to work properly now. Overall it seems to work with the replacement charger, other than some occasional issues with the touchscreen from time to time.

I got the refurbished surface pro. Right away it had problems with the mouse- I couldn’t get the touch screen or touch pad to locate the mouse. I was able to do all the updates with the keyboard and now the mouse works and tablet is pretty darn good!

The back was moderately scratched and scuffed. The screen has light bleeding from the bottom edge and the capacitive touch doesn’t always work. It works well with the active stylus (purchased separately). It’s fast enough for web surfing and streaming content.

I purchased this used Surface Pro 4 for my wife. I have had a Surface Pro 7 for a while now so I am used to the Surface. Shipping was ok, arrived on time, and was neatly packed. No issues there. Overall I didn’t have any serious issues with the unit. I still think it was a good purchase however just want to chide the vendor for not doing a perfect refurbish. The unit when turned on seemed ok but I noticed that once the screen went to sleep the touchscreen went and you had to attach the keyboard to get back in the unit and then no touchscreen until you restarted the unit. I did some troubleshooting and realized that the driver for the touchscreen was corrupted. Once I got the driver problem sorted out, no issues thus far. So overall I still think it was a good purchase but I am surprised they did not discover this before releasing the unit to a customer. But I still think it was value for money because at this time I did not have the resources to invest in a new unit for her and I know the Surface to be good machines so I thought it best to invest in a used Surface than a new unit of another type. Let’s see if I am right on that, lol.

I bought the product in “excellent” condition. It came enclosed in two thick boxes, super thick bubble wrap, and packing paper. The screen is perfect. I ran all my windows updates and it runs perfect. MAKE SURE YOU RUN UPDATES. The only issue is a scuff in the corner of the outer plastic which is just cosmetic. It did come with a charger. I was very on the fence after reading other reviews but I recommend this product. As of 7/28/23 this product is not able to run windows 11 due to the processor just fyi.

Charger falls out easy and battery doesn’t last more then 30 to 40m when using
Got this for my father and he can’t watch movies on Netflix unless it’s plugged in as battery lasts 30m. And the cable doesn’t click in its held by magnets so any movements and the cable comes out. For this reason it’s prob only been used 4hr since I got it 2months ago.I will say the thing is fast on selecting different apps and has good quality screen.
