Try calling when you’ve had an issue with a recipe. You will likely end up talking to someone who has made the recipe.I’ve been buying semolina from them for decades for pasta and pizza dough.     Makes perfect pasta every time… says course but it’s not as course as another brand that I used before (rhymes with “Rob’s Bed Pill”). Sifts perfect and seems to blend very well with reg AP if you need it. 100% recommend if you aremaking your own pasta for roll or extrusion.
