I purchased these because I like the 3 different sizes. And, I needed to replace the metal/wire ones since we switched all of our pots and pans to products that will scratch if using a traditional metal/wire spatula.These are very sleek looking and work really well. The handles are soft, easy to hold and non-slip. The silicone has held up great to extensive use and they are a breeze to clean! As mentioned above, these 3 sizes provide for every type of use I would need. Excellent product!

The 7″ size is so useful. I These are perfect for blending powders into liquids (like cornstarch to thicken a broth) and whisking eggs in a small bowl or saucepan, etc. They are my go-to instead of a fork now. Easy to grab, easy to clean because the finish is thick enough to last.

I needed a set of silicone whisks to use with porcelain and nonstick cookware. I noticed the wire whisks were scratching the surface. These are well made – and stainless, so they won’t rust, but the whisk portion is rather small. I didn’t understand that the dimensions given were overall length, and the whisk was much shorter. The larger one works ok, but next time I’ll choose the next size up.

I brew a lot of coffee and grind my beans fresh before every batch using a hand grinder. Sometimes—particularly with dense African beans grown at high altitudes—the beans generate a lot of fines, which is essentially a sort of dusty/powdery consistency that likes to clump together. This affects your coffee’s ability to evenly extract, so it’s good practice to give the grounds a couple stirs to break up clumps and even out the distribution. These small stainless steel whisks are perfect for that, as they are small enough to fit inside the catch cup of my hand grinder. And at under $5 for a set of two, these are a great value and are quite sturdy. If anything happened to them, I’d buy them again without a second thought.
