Makes perfect pasta every time… says course but it’s not as course as another brand that I used before (rhymes with “Rob’s Bed Pill”). Sifts perfect and seems to blend very well with reg AP if you need it. 100% recommend if you aremaking your own pasta for roll or extrusion.
